The Vanishing: Far Cry 6 X Stranger Things - Lens flares for Cinematics
Setting up lens flares were tricky in The Vanishing mission since we have a tech dependency with Main game and there was no easy way of attaching lens flares archetype to any cinematic asset. It has to be designed & created on game asset side and attached on the cinematic mobile phone prop. This way - we couldn't control how big, bright, and the precision level the flare should be per shots, I just had to find happy medium values overall to make this flare archetype to be one size fits all kinda one, which took me quite some time. :)
